Rick is at home in leadership… at one point a Youth Pastor, then a Scoutmaster… now an agency owner. He directs the financial and customer relations side of the business, and is a tireless advocate for clients, making sure they get the best results for their investments. Rick’s dedication to both clients and vendors has earned the company a reputation as one of the most responsible and respectable agencies in the Pacific Northwest. He is equally committed to his staff and to making the business a great workplace. Rick has been with the agency for 27 years.
Rick lives in Jacksonville, Oregon, with his wife, Michele, and has two sons. When not at work, you will find him mowing his lawn and working in his garden, riding his BMW motorcycle, camping with family, or crab fishing on the Oregon coast.
